Multifit Alliance Drop Foot Orthosis
The Multifit Alliance is a fully functional, dynamic, drop foot orthosis with proven design features derived from our two successful orthoses, the Achilles and the Economy. It is vacuum-formed in the UK from a lightweight polymer of high fatigue resistance. The Alliance is produced in 4 sizes in left and right, and is available in opaque white, or black for discreet wear with dark attire.
Having taken note of customer comments and feedback in the course of our research we are pleased to announce that we are now able to supply this popular orthosis in a "Full Foot" version.
Foot Section
The foot section is ventilated and designed to fit interior contours of suitable footwear.
Heel Section
The heel section, with its special cut-out feature, assists shoe fitting and minimises pressure areas.
Back Stem
The back section features a slender contoured back stem and a calf band with a flared top edge. This combination provides the required lift and comfortable fit and can be adjusted with hot air to achieve minor set changes and provide the correct degree of flexion.
Calf Strap
The padded calf strap, with press stud or touch 'n' close fastenings at each end, is adjustable to allow for a wide range of calf sizes. Replacements are available.
Optional Ankle Strap
A detachable touch 'n' close padded ankle strap is available. This can be easily fitted to existing or new orthoses. The universal strap can be trimmed to length and can be attached to fasten left or right handed. It is washable, comfortable, and allows a wider range of conditions to be catered for.

The Alliance is fitted with a PVC strap, pad, buckle and press-stud fastenings as standard unless
the touch 'n' close type is specifically stated, using the prefix TNC on our product codes e.g. TNCADFO2L
